I know that the delay is never a good presentation, but between work, boyfriend and I have no new house to be placed almost time for me ... hairdresser calls me that the neglect ... (That tells me you are right ... and indecent !!!), my friends tell me that I've forgotten about them ....

remain fixed points of my life: the course and several drinks ... a boyfriend ... and home appliance!!

my usual each month I offer the fruits and vegetables that can be found in the ice cream market stalls, not in the sense of frozen ice, but little lacking considering the current temperatures:

FRUIT


Oranges
If the pulp is dry, it means that have been kept for too long, if it means that the sour fruit ripening did not occur naturally. In a cool, remain one week.

Avocado
to buy not yet fully mature, to let it at room temperature. It is eaten when it is soft but not soft.

Cachi
If you buy the unripe fruit, place them on a tray and store in a dry place without light up at the right ripeness. If you buy them ripe, put them in the least cold of the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Chestnuts
The chestnuts can be stored in a cool, dry place for a couple of months. If the first cooked and peeled, you can also freeze. In this way they last 6 months.

Dates
fresh ones (probably have already been frozen) to peel, dry foods are eaten whole. We recommend the purchase of packaged dates, for reasons of hygiene.

Kiwi
If purchased green, leave it in the refrigerator in a closed bag, preferably with another fruit. When it is too ripe, it tastes bad.

mandarin oranges or clementines
born from a cross between the mandarin and orange. The flavor is sweet and the flesh is seedless. Purchase must be intact and firm, not soft.

Mandarins
essential characteristic of this fruit is the scent. It can be kept at room temperature for 2-3 days, if you want to save more, put it in a cool place.

Grapefruit
What this in our markets is mainly imported. It keeps well, so it is readily available throughout the year, also in pink variant.

Pere
If mature (the pulp is soft under a light finger pressure) are kept in the refrigerator for a week. If unripe, should be left at room temperature.

VEGETABLES


Broccoli
You can keep hanging upside down in a cool place or refrigerator for several days. Alternatively, you can freeze them cooked.

thistle or cardoon
of this vegetable is eaten the stem, and fleshy flavor similar to artichokes. It is preserved in a refrigerator for a week in a plastic bag with small holes.


Cauliflower Cauliflower, very compact in the flesh, keeps well in refrigerator up to five days, without dark spots.

Turnip greens
Delicate as highly exposed to external agents, turnip greens should be consumed as soon as possible.

Fennel
Put them in bags with small holes no larger green ribs: in this way are kept in a cool place for about ten days. You can also freeze them, after they are boiled.

endive
more the color of the leaves is dark, it should be eaten first. Often, endive, if kept for too long, they become bitter.

Leek
Eliminate the hardest part of the leaves, clean and dry. So you can keep them long in the refrigerator sealed in plastic bags slightly hollow.

Radicchio
closed in a plastic bag or wrapped in a kitchen towel, can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.

Pumpkin
If preserved whole and in a cool, pumpkin will keep for months. Once cut, you can store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
